Refund policy
Last updated: 30 July 2026
This Refund Policy applies to paid enrollments with Systemsaasmanagement confirmed by invoice or written confirmation. Website pricing is informational only; no checkout occurs on this site.
Eligibility
Refunds are available when a written cancellation request is received within the timeframes below and the learner has not completed more than the allowed portion of live sessions.
Timeframe
For open cohort programs, you may request a full refund up to fourteen (14) calendar days before the published start date. Requests received fewer than fourteen days before start, or after the first live session begins, follow the partial rules below.
Full or partial refunds
Full refund: Cancellation at least fourteen days before start, provided no downloadable cohort pack has been accessed beyond the welcome packet. Partial refund (50%): Cancellation after that window but before the third live module, if materials beyond Modules 1–2 have not been downloaded. After the third live module begins, tuition is non-refundable except where required by mandatory law.
Non-refundable items
Private Assurance Cohort deposits, custom on-site travel fees already incurred, third-party exam vouchers, and completed one-to-one coaching hours are non-refundable. Administrative bank fees charged by your institution are not reimbursed.
Refund process
Email contact@systemsaasmanagement.digital with your enrollment reference, learner name, program title, and reason for cancellation. We confirm receipt within two business days and may request verification of identity.
Processing time
Approved refunds are processed within fifteen (15) business days after approval. Banking networks may add additional time before funds appear.
Refund method
Refunds are issued to the original payer via the same method used for the invoice settlement (bank transfer or other agreed channel). We do not issue cash refunds.
Cancellation by us
If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to a later date or receive a full refund of tuition paid for that cohort, including any non-refundable deposit tied solely to the cancelled run.
Exceptions
Documented medical emergencies or mandatory military service may qualify for a goodwill credit toward a future cohort at our discretion. Credits expire twelve months from issuance.
